Based in downtown Detroit, the Detroit housing development sits off of the Dequindre Cut and is designed as a mixed-use residential and community building.
The housing development proposal considers building placement, solar exposure, wind exposure, program requirements, and community needs. This project follows leed building criteria with the goal of achieving platinum LEED certification.
