Collaborated with senior team leaders to manage projects and client relations on projects, overseeing the development of projects from pre‐design through project completion to meet set project goals.

Performed design activities such as code research, programming, laying out program components, material and building systems research, and calculation of program and building areas.

Collaborated with project architects, team members, and consultants to develop drawings that were well detailed, consistent with AKA standards, and met project timelines, and budgetary requirements.

Developed comprehensive construction documents, ensuring all drawings complied with relevant codes and all aspects of building codes and life safety were addressed throughout the entire design process.

Facilitated construction administration and coordinated with contractors, sub-consultants, and relevant building authorities to address any document issues with constructability or stakeholders concerns.

Developed technical drawings and managed project products, services, shop drawings, and project closeout activities, to ensure that all deliverables are completed and clients’ needs were met.

Possessed/demonstrated extensive knowledge of the full design process, including programming, space planning, building codes, zoning ordinances, construction documentation, specifications, the permit process, coordination of revisions with consultants, and construction administration.
